Intersections of Social Justice

Intersections is a summer course designed for students who are who are engaged in social justice immersion experiences all over the globe. Throughout the summer, all students engage in an 8-week online reflection homeroom that serves as a community for them to unpack their experiences. Additionally, students can enroll in up to 3 1-credit skills modules where they can dive deep into topics like peace education or conflict analysis to supplement their community- based work. Students can take Intersections for 1, 2, or 3 credits, and the online reflective component wraps around a student’s real world experience.

Intersections of Social Justice will be offered in Summer 2018 as UNXP-030-130. For more information about enrolling in this course, please contact Amanda Munroe (asm96@georgetown.edu) or visit the Center for Social Justice’s website.
